They were out of soda and tea. They were out of a lot of sauces, rice and beans. The works behind the counter in the kitchen area were very loud and talking about basketball or something. As we were eating we watched a group of a group of about 7 mean walk out because of of how loud and disruptive they were. Overall the experience was very bad and I love this place.

This location used to be awesome; but it seems that after it reopened after a shutdown for renovations, it lost all of its good qualities. The lobby did not have the sauce/salsa bar for which Pollo Tropical is known, the staff was not trained on the restaurant's menu or offerings, and we received an incredibly scant amount of toppings on our Tropichop bowls. The lobby had no music, and we only heard the kitchen staff arguing. Finally, what must be due to staffing issues, we witnessed a customer have the inside register closed in front of her and be told that she needed to order through the drive through or via mobile. I guess we'll stick to the River City location.

This location is TERRIBLE. Please avoid if you care about quality food. The guy at the drive thru wearing the glasses was rude. He told me to “come inside to order” because he was too lazy to process my order outside. I told him I was fine in the drive thru and won’t be coming in. He got very upset and was rude to me the entire process. The chicken was dry and they got my order wrong. I will never return to this location. I’d be surprised if they’re still open in another month. Corporate needs to step in because this location should be shut down.

Foods good but I went in with my family and the cooks were talking about women, clubs, and having other very inappropriate conversations. They were extremely loud as well because we were sitting on the far side of the register. I’m not trying to get anyone fired, but they should learn some professionalism
