Used to be a 4.5 star place. Not so much anymore. Very slow. No personality. Menu changed and isn’t as good or original

Absolutely!

It's my family's first time here,and I was disappointed with their server. he is giving us kind of sarcastic tone voice while we are telling him about our order.. The food was good.. But the server needs to be nicer When it comes to the customers

They called it shrimp sauce last I was there. It's basically just sriracha mixed with mayo .

No they do not. This location @ town ctr is very small. You walk up to counter & order, sit down & they bring order out. Very much self serv. Bento box is still delish. Full service Bento is @ Tinseltown location
