This is it, you found your guy. If you let him, Chris will help you find a way out of pain. His method is truly unique and based on knowledge that he’s built up through his decades of practice. As far as I know no one else is doing what Chris is doing. Chris really is the only person I found that effectively addressed my pain, and I saw just about every other practitioner you could think of before coming to him: Doctors, surgeons, physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. They all had their tools, and some of them helped for a while, but they all fell a short of making lasting and meaningful change. Chris’s method worked, and it’s held now for quite a while. It wasn’t easy, and it took a few months, but my life is significantly better for having worked with Chris. If you’re in pain then give him a chance to help you get out of it, you won’t regret it.

I went to see Chris to help me with my achilles pain. I had tried to resolve it myself but it was stubborn. I didn’t want to give up my walking and exercise regime and sought Chris out. He has a whole body approach. Chris was able to retrain me in many areas. I am right handed and therefore right dominant in much of my movements. He helped retrain me to walk in a more balanced way (especially my feet placement) and showed me how to pick up and carry objects just to name a few. By making these adjustments I was able to change my patterns and my pain went away. Chris Coralles was a great help to me and I would definitely recommend him.

If I could give Chris six stars I would. I came to him with severe back pain Which I had tried everything possible to rectify naturally medicated surgically you name it. It wasn't until I spoke to some friends who recommended Chris and and what he taught me about how to operate my body and connect with my bio-infrastructure was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Just like anything in life if you're not taught properly how to operate something you'll develop habits that are incorrect. Take for example driving a car you don't simply just get in and start driving it and naturally know how to do it, you must be taught and shown how to operate it correctly and safely so you don't damage. Think of your body the same way nobody really taught you how to operate it correctly you simply just fell into a routine early in life, But that doesn't mean it's correct. Chris showed me how to operate my my machine appropriately. I highly recommend Chris if you have any ailments whatsoever.

I came to Chris trying to find a solution to constant neck, back and hip troubles. I had a slew of diagnosis from physical therapists, physicians, and orthos. When I first met Chris, he acknowledged those diagnosis, but approached the discomfort and lack of mobility with a different perspective. He gave me valuable tools so that I could work to improve these issues daily, functionally, and fundamentally. This is not an easy approach and I wasn't healed over one or two sessions. It takes daily application and hard work to change habitual actions that have been ingrained over decades. I needed a coach to point out these poor movement patterns and to teach me how to avoid movements that would lead to more pain, less mobility. My visits with Chris were invaluable to build resiliency, take back some sovereignty over my own body and gain confidence in how I live daily.

Depending on what is going on a consultation will help determine the best plan of treatment. Anywhere from a 3 to 10 sessions will lay a good foundation for healing. Sometimes ongoing treatments or a short series of sessions at determined intervals are recommended. Come in with an open mind and results will come in time.
I do not take insurance directly. Some insurance companies will reimburse clients themselves as long as they are provided with a physician’s prescription and referral along with a letter and a statement of bodywork charges. This means you will need to pay for each session up front. Check with your insurance provider.
Sessions last from 1hr to 1 ½ hours.
Everyone at every stage of life can benefit from bodywork. I’ve worked on people of all ages from newborns to those on their death bed.
Bodywork and chiropractic both affect structure and correct the nervous system. As a bodyworker I specialize in resolving ailments through soft-tissue manipulation and chiropractors specialize in adjusting and normalizing deviated bones.
Bodywork itself is not painful. Where tissues are unhealthy, damaged, or injured, yes there may be discomfort or pain until health is restored. Very rarely do I barge through layers of tissue. My method is to approach from the most superficial barriers first. I believe that shocking the system is counter-productive. Each client has different needs and requests, different levels of pain tolerance and goals and these are taken into consideration.
By addressing connective tissues every system of the body is affected. Connective tissues connect one part of the body to all other parts. People come in for particular problems, our philosophy is not to treat any particular problem but to bring the whole body to a better state of balance. When the body comes to balance then spontaneously the body will heal itself. One of the most powerful and most efficient ways to battle problems is to balance the body and in gravity.

Massage and bodywork focus on muscles and soft tissues. Bodywork looks and feels different than traditional massage. It has a clear focused intent, to get you feeling and functioning better. These goals are achieved by manipulating soft tissues to affect the body’s physical and energetic structure and balance.
