This place is terrible,, I have sent everything they have asked me to send ,,and still no card in the mail or anything,, I will be getting in touch with BBB,to file a report because I think they are just taking my money for no reason,,I’m so fed up

I have been trying to get my money for over a year. They just keep giving me the run around and continue to do so. I have sent several documents several times over and over and again they continually not want to release my funds. I have become homeless and was unable to get on my feet and the documents they are now requesting are not obtainable because I do not have a car, so no Car insurance document with my name on it. They want a utility bill, well HOMELESS so no utility bill. I am trying to get on my feet and they are with holding a good chunk of my money for no reason. I can only identify my identity so many times in a year, My identity will not change an neither will my documents..... I think it is time for an attorney. I have been with this company for more than 15 years..

You all have very very poor customer service support. The sad thing I don’t blame the customer service team , it’s the upper management. You are withholding people monies which causing them a huge burden on their finical responsibilities. This isnt right at all and it very sad situation.

THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY TO FEED MY KIDS!!! Even if times are hard, I highly encourage any and everyone to withdraw from this company and if you're needing a bank or debit card, you're best choice would be cashapp, venmo, etc. I transferred money to my "accountnow" account via venmo. They put a restriction on my card and told me to wait 24 to 72 hours for MY MONEY AND WHEN I HAVE KIDS WHO ARE HUNGRY NOW! I HAVE TO GO TO WORK AND THE OFFICE REPRESENTATIVES WOULDNT TRANSFER ME TO THE SENIOR MANAGER OF THEIR FACILITY, BUT CHOSE TO LATERALLY TRANSFER ME TO ONE ANOTHER. I've been going through issues with these people long enough to where i'll be closing this account.

Because the call center is offshore in the Philippines. There is nothing they can really do for you either. The worst company I've ever delt with. You might as well call your grandmother if you have a problem with your card. Same results...

Was not aware of a service charge when signing up for my account. Now I have 10.00 less to work with..i will be finding a number for the corporate office. Cause none of the reps speak English

I found corporate number but it's same people that are on customer service. I escalted my call and kept asking for head supervisor. They hung up on me multiple times and issue still not resolved. My card too was blocked bcuz girl didnt understand what i was asking. Now no access to my money...smh..i did file complaint with the bbb

Yes. I was asked to send verification through an upload center that doesnt work. An email to disputes @accountnow and fax i have sent ove 11 diffrent documents still 3 months later nothing. I believe these peole are not being honest....
