Don’t book appointments through the firestone website! They do not accept them, I tried it once and had to get manager to approve. They said it was a glitch, I just tried it again, and they don’t accept them. Luckily I called in advance and asked if they could see my reset and they said they don’t use that system. Then why the hell do thy provide it on the website. Don’t use them

I waisted one day, from 8am to 2pm, for an alternator drive belt replacement. They tried a couple of belts that turned out to not be a good match, in the end they installed a belt on, that lasted about 2 miles and it broke. I paid about $200 for nothing plus the $20+ for the 'battery inspection'. They have a Free curtesy inspection banner on the building but that did not apply to me. I was having problems with my car on my way from Miami to Atlanta and they did their best to take advantage of my critical situation (my wife and 3 under 5 kids were waiting to make it home). All they offer was 3 - 4 times more expensive than what my mechanic requested for the same (and for sure better quality) service. Stay away from this place! Just an update: after my review, they called me and offered a refund. I asked them to do it on the card that I used to do the payment. Since no refund showed up, after about a month I called to see what's going on. They invited me to their office to process the refund (knowing that I live in Atlanta). I realized they were just playing with me and gave up. Once again: Stay away from that place!

Have an account here for some of our vehicles as well as lifetime alignment on some cars. Appointments are a must for this facility, even then, you have to drop your car and pick it up at a later time most of the time. From what I heard, it is one of the busiest Firestone in the nation. With that said, the service has been outstanding every time, never had anything to complaint about.
