Nice campground, You can always hear the sound of the river, And look down the river, The toilet is a little behind the road. There are tent only campgrounds and few drive in campgrounds.

just get there as early as possible,,,Google Briceburg just down the road from midpines
I would get there about 9 or 10 a.m.but sense it is a Friday thru Sunday you might want to get there as early as you can.there might be campers that has been there during the week
It should be I have not heard anything about camp sites being closed down
