I was dropping off something for a patient here and I did not really feel very welcomed by the front desk staff. I stopped at the front to put a mask on as requested by the front sign and when I got to her she seemed a bit short with me. I hope that people coming into the facility can be treated with respect no matter who they are!

We recently had a patient that had been in and out of our facility a few times with hard to heal wounds. He had a recent amputation and was dependent on a wheelchair and staff to help him transfer. The wound team did a great job with assisting him to heal well enough for him to receive a prosthesis and be able to go home. With great therapy and good patient motivation the patient was able to begin walking and was able to return home with his wife to complete his healing process.

I was a recent employee at this facility please and I mean please do not send your send your loved one’s to this facility the administration staff is very unprofessional I was mistreated at this facility and the staff also made me feel bad for doing my job for reporting unstable wounds, dirty G-Tubes, and other concerns regarding residents also they mistreat the residents by serving nasty burnt and cold food there dinning room is always closed they don’t do activities for the residents if your looking for employment here DON’t they always talk about how work violence is always important to them but they allow nurses to harass and violate GNA’s and the harassment is supported by the Director of nursing (DON) ADMINISTRATION and CORPORATE…. administration and Corporate operations like a street gang ! They allow the (DON) to block my car in curse me out and brought her friend outside to threaten me all out of me calling corporate for a previous issues they plotted, lied, conspired against me and Barbara from corporate terminated me

My father has been at Future Care Courtland for a few months. His condition has improved on their watch. They have made an impossible situation more manageable. The staff at Courtland have been kind, caring and diligent in my dad’s care. Victor, the Executive Director is accessible, friendly and industrious. I can sleep well knowing my dad is in good hands.
