Worst urgent care in jax. Long waits and rude nurses. Tried to carge me $100 for a dr. Note and refused to use my insurance. Do not go to the care spot on the westside!!!!

Friendly front office staff. Doctor took about 5 minutes with me and rushed me out with prescriptions. Still having same problem a week later. Not sure if he didn't take enough time in examining me??? Gonna have to have a follow up now to try to resolve my issue.

I broke my ankle and wrist. They did not have crutches or anything for me to use to get home. They also don’t subscribe pain pills. Don’t waste your time. Go to a different urgent care.

This location was great! I was seen at my scheduled time. They took great care of me. The front desk was courteous and caring at check in. The X-ray technician and doctor were all caring and expedited my visit.

Yes, you can get a physical done there. Care spot is a one stop shop. X-rays, cast, brace, flu, cold, etc. They can handle all minor issues. If you problem turns out to be serious, they will get you into nearest ER for treatment without waiting. I believe their website can give you prices, but they also take most insurances (dont forget to get prior spprovsl before going in if your insurance requires it).

Yes! It is better if you call and make an appointment. They have a flat fee for a physical. When you call you can ask him how much it will cost. It is a very fair price.
