I was searching for a solution for my bad posture, and neck/back/shoulder pain, when I unfortunately decided to come here as my first visit to a chiropractor. Not only are they over priced, but they are unprofessional, and not personable at all. I came in 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, only to not be seen until 45 minutes past my appointment. Most of my appointment was them taking X-rays. In the almost 2 hours I was there, the chiropractor “adjusted” me for maybe a total of 1 minute. A few pops on my upper back, popped my neck, and ONE SHOULDER… only one. Which made the un popped shoulder feel even more tense and uncomfortable for days. I was expecting him to take his time and explain the process to me, and actually TRY to help me with the pain I am experiencing, and actually give me a full adjustment like I PAID FOR. Long story short, they charge you every dollar they can get out of you, just to “adjust” you for 5 seconds and move into the next person so they can fit in as many people in the day as they can. I wish I could get my money back and I wish I would have chosen a different chiropractor as my first experience.
