Not easy to get a hold of. Took two weeks for someone to call me to make an appointment. Met with the doctor who was very nice and then made another appointment for procedure. The lady assured me this was a quick procedure and she was sorry for the long wait to get in to see the doctor. When show up for the appointment to do the procedure (which they knew about a week prior) they were late in opening the office and then to top it off came out 10 minutes after my appointment time to tell me they didn’t have the equipment to do the actual procedure so will need to wait another 20-30 minutes! Really, you made this appointment time for a particular procedure and your not prepared. Kinda makes you question the doctors competency! Update: waited an hour and they were still not ready to take me. I believe this is unacceptable and as a professional you need to get a hold of how the office is ran. When finally met with the doctor he gave me some excuses but will def not be back there EVER. Side note pretty bad when the receptionist for the imaging looks at me and goes omg you still here!
