Woah, this park has changed dramatically since my first visit in 2020, new marina with a gazebo to relax in, and grill while you fish off the sea wall, gorgeous new homes built, a beautiful new pool landscape and retaining wall. A comfortable screen in patio to the clubhouse, boat trailer storage facility. Can’t wait to see why they do with the upcoming clubhouse renovation ! Love the management and maintenance team here very friendly and helpful. Great place to sit and watch wildlife out on Lake Eustis.

The pictures shown is not what I observed at park. Told new owners and really spending money on fixing the park to a good standard.

You could Google the name of the place to get the phone number and ask somebody give the name and number and they'll call you back in sure.
That means they don't want people younger than 55 hanging around.
No absolutely no we are a 55 + Community not a Trailer Park
Should be around dark normally between 6 and 7 p.m.
As far as I know not sure I would call and ask although I've never known a restaurant to turn down any service dog's
I'm not sure on that question you would have to call the park and ask thempossibly even leave a message for them to call you back
