The staff has been just outstanding. They help me when I was in need all the way from Michigan to Florida. Very easy to communicate over the phone, very courteous and polite in person. They continue to assist me in my needs, always recommending other places that can assist us if we desire. I can’t really say any more than this, these are the only people that you should trust and enjoy yourself wherever you are and your belong is will be safe where are you love them with the out of space storage facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone from the smallest to the most biggest units, I have the largest and I am very impressed on the size of the unit. Is always been very clean when I’ve been there to visit or get something out of the storage unit. They are part of our family now. I was a client ever since I came here . I was on time all the time I went in Feb and told them to put it on auto pay .they did not and then they sent no info about lateness on pay and then after 90 days they got rid of our stuff with not even a email to tell us so I advise everyone not to do any business with them
