Getting accepted to live hit or miss. The rules are applied differently depending on the weather. The management lacks consistency in their rules. I don't think there are any written rules. This way they can change them as they see fit.

Not worth it. They always changing rules. I am over this place. I will only visit for my mom. My mom lost her husband, my sister lost her husband. I wanted to be closer to them since they are alone, I was ok last year, but this year no because now I have kids under 25. Well really! I had them last year too. There are little ones living in there now but nope. It is pick and choose.

Great place . Very well kept. Love living here. If there's a problem the only thing I can think is Mark the manager is not people friendly.
