Booking an appointment is the way to go! Done exactly when it was promised. Only gave 4 out of 5 because the price seems over the top - $98 for an oil change (minivan synthetic). I don't remember paying more than 50/60.

I can't speak for the shop itself but the showroom/waiting area is clean, spacious and has hand sanitizer at the door. Employees inside have masks.
