The truth is that we have had bad experiences twice. The most recent; May 9, 2022. We had an appointment at 2 pm and 2:30 pm and at 2:30 pm they tell us that the doctor has gone on break and we have to wait another 45 minutes. It's a shame because they have excellent facilities and location. But the service is poor and with little organization. We believe two chances is enough.

This is the best medical office that I have ever been to! This doctor is wonderful and the staff is wonderful could not ask for more I appreciate everything that they do for me because it is so much more.They go out of their way to be courteous and understanding so very thankful that they are there!

Hi Linda, our Lake Wales medical center will be opening very soon! For now, we are seeing Lake Wales patients at our Winter Haven location (2775 Lake Alfred Road, Winter Haven, FL 33881). Once Lake Wales is fully operational, we will be transferring Lake Wales patients there. Please call (863) 291-4590 to make an appointment with us!
