Got here at 9:35 for a 9:40 appointment. Didn't get called back until a hour later. Still sitting in the room for 30 plus minutes. While people that came after me is being seen. They are friendly but the wait time is ridiculous. Shouldn't nobody wait two hours to just be seen for ten minutes. You make an appointment to structure your day. No child wants to sit over two hours to be seen.

The worst place in the world, everything dirty, everyone sick in the same room without a mask, the staff does not want to work and has no organization, a long waiting time that is not worth it 🫠 Just once is enough to never come back 😬

I called to see if we could do a walk in bc my daughter is sick. I was told yes. I drove there immediately took maybe 10 minutes to.get there..I was lectured that they dont do walk INS. I said I literally just called. I was told the man answering the phone works from home and doesn't know anything. She said have a seat. Big sign on door to wear mask. Lobby filled with snotty nosed kids and dirty adults none of which were wearing mask. The clientele was nasty. The office was dirty. The staff was ignorant. We walked out
