Excellent customer service and communication. Everything followed the plan from the arrival of the dumpster to it’s removal the day after completion. Very professional tear off, installation and clean up. They used all GAF products including the peel and stick underpayment not the old nailed down felt paper, a much better roofing system. They really paid attention to details like flashing and installing special product for low slope areas to help drainage.

2.5 OUT OF 5 STARS. This is a revised post. Megram's Michael Penney directed my roof job for me after hurricane Michael. The roof was very well built and I continue to be pleased. Unfortunately, the tarp installed to protect my ceilings/interior of my home while waiting for construction to begin proved to be dreadfully insufficient. I waited 4 months for the work to begin and there was a lot of rain. Mold developed. Pics were taken ongoing by myself, Penney, and my insurer. Megram advised that things would be fine but they weren't. A tear down, mold remediation, and rebuild were required and preliminary testing indicated since there was asbestos in the paint on my ceilings additional more costly procedures would be required. My insurance did not cover them due to the asbestos. Midway through this remediation I contacted Megram. They responded manipulatively and evasively. They had to have known that a larger, more professional tarp would have prevented the mold, and may have chosen to tarp as they did to ensure cost coverage of their end of my roof problem--expecting my insurer to cover the damage that had resulted from their negligence. Summing this assessment up, my remediation was finally resolved in Oct of 2021. There was no monetary or even civil accountability extended on the part of Megram in response to this problem. My many emails were screened by one young man who appeared to me to be an entry level employee based upon his circular, redundant responses. Educational opportunity, but what a disappointing and disillusioning experience.

We couldn't have been happier with Megram! They did a great job. Roof and Gutters look beautiful. Their team was here at 6am and worked non stop until 9pm 2 days in a row in horrible heat! They were professional and did what they said they would do!

I worked with Chris on our roof replacement. He was there start to finish. Megram replaced our roof in one day and did a wonderful job.

Megram will assess the property for damages and then compare our findings to the original settlement. If we find that they have overlooked or inadequately priced anything, a readjustment may be possible to ensure you are compensated properly for your loss.
Hail and un-named windstorms are referred to as “Acts of God”. In our experience, these are not events that will cause an increase to your premium because you file a claim due to them. However, your insurance company may increase rates on an entire area due to the storm, regardless if you make a claim or not.
It is best to call and report any damages as soon as you are aware. In our experience, we have worked with homeowners on losses up to 2 years from the date of occurrence. Ultimately it is up to your insurance carrier as to coverage and acceptable time frame from the date of loss.
There is no charge to the homeowner above the deductible unless you choose to upgrade the materials for your project.
We help you, the homeowner, by looking at your roof’s damage through the eyes of a contractor which helps provide accurate scope and costs for the repair of your damaged property. We speak the same language as your insurance company, and as such, all the estimates are created using industry-specific terminology to help ensure there is no confusion between you and the insurance company.
