Absolute worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. Check in was easy and smooth, but we get to the room and it smelled HORRIBLY of cleaning products. I’m very glad they clean but this smell made me almost pass out. We had to go out and buy a fan to air it out and open the door. Than we walk in more I go to the “closet” and walked through a.spider web, go to the bathroom and there’s a cigarette mark on the toilet, I sat down to it feeling like it’s going to collapse when I flushed it after I used it the toilet jumped and raddled and splashed back at you , there was a spot next to the bed that there was no floor board below the carpet. Just all and all horrible room. Only plus was the nice breakfast but that doesn’t make this experience any better. Especially because I stayed close to 20 days at the best western across the street and had zero issues. This isn’t acceptable for being a best western.

Positive: Located in a great place. The staff responded to my requests quickly. For the price it was fine. Negative: Iron needed to be replaced. They brought a new one. One light of four was working in the vanity area. They fixed it immediately. There was a door to another room that looked like someone broke in. They responded quickly. The bed frame stuck out!

Honestly the location is great and the service is amazing. Breakfast is served every morning 6am to 9am and let me tell you it is BOMB.com they really give you a full breakfast . its so delicious. But I really dislike the bed frames they had in this room. I manage to kick the bed rail sticking out from under the bed due to the box springs and mattress not being properly placed on the frame . it is very dangerous and not properly set up. It left the top of my foot bruised And swollen and in pain .

Positive: location was convenient...and the breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable . Negative: WAY overpriced for a cheap motel! zero noise insulation! Door had space around it stuffed with towels. woken up at 4 am, again at 4:30. People smoking outside my room. Noisy children it didn't feel safe.Remember Best Western is a franchise..no guarantee

None that I would know off. They serve a really good breakfast.
I've been there. But then I realize it's not the hotel's fault for me forgetting my stuff. Places are limited in their liability, mainly storage space and policy. It's what you'd expect for a budget spot off the freeway.

Hi George dixon, i was on this hotel x over 3 months, bank of America, wells fargo,us bank,Chase bank, and restaurants and stores are 2 blocks away, best western has good plenty parking spots, grocery stores has well, wen i have to get somenthing i dont have any problem to walk 1 or 2 blocks to get what i need,most everything i need its 2 block away, belive me best western hotel its on great location plus the all personal from manager's to room service crew they are the most profesional and friendly person i never se it at another hotels
