You no longer need to have a Dr.s prescription. But in all the dispensaries I have been in you will need a government issued, picture ID like a Driver's license and you will have to fill out a short form the first time you visit.
It's illegal to ship products from places like this. It doesn't matter how far.
They wear mask, keep their distance, and have hand sanitizer available. Very professional
This almost seems like an attack, especially since every product is tested for mold and if it has mold the STATE rejects it. This has nothing to do with the dispensary.

The dispensary doesn’t test it, no dispensaries test cannabis, but all cannabis products in dispensaries are required by law to get tests before they are even packaged. It’s actually tested more than 3 times in some cases...at the farm, manufacturer and distributor with multiple tests on each level with R&D tests than a more thorough State Compliance test even after that.
