yes cannabis will b recrearional in 2018, however most current dispensaries r operating under prop215 legal standards & it is turning out 2 b quite the confusing process 2 switch 2 recreational legality. the truth of the matter is that instead of legalizing cannabis, it should have been decriminalized & eventually delegislated, but those in power dont wamt us (the ppl) 2 know anything better that writing more laws tjat end up creating restrictive regulation, whereas delegislation makes something free from legal bounds. #abolishauthority #evolveorperish
