Medical staff there was great, Dr. Roman not so much. I get free bloodwork through my insurance and like to get it checked proactively, especially because I'm on TRT. I get this checked extra from the trt clinic for my own knowledge. After chuckling at my request Dr. Roman told me I didn't need it and tried to give me a quick comment on wants vs needs... I didn't need a follow up or any explanation on what the lab results say. I paid 20 for a blood pressure check... I would reccomend going elsewhere.

New patients. Hard trying to find a new doctor who you can feel comfortable with. Trying to keep an opened mind, hopefully more stars to come. Hoping Dr Roman will be the right doctor for myself and husband. They're nice, they seemed friendly, professional. "But aren't the best listeners" Asked several times for them to make copies of our records. But it was forgotten after confusion about appointments. I noticed Doctors notes and nurses vitals weren't correct on mine or my husband. I'll have them fixed next visit. Hopefully they will correct the information and pay better attention. ***** They never gave us our records back, before we left the office. I called they insisted that I didn't give them our records. When I said hello I'm here for my medical records, the first person was handing me someone else's records and even said, "yes, these are the records I had requested" I just agreed and said YES "True, if they were my records. But that's not my name or my birthday day." I asked to speak to the records person. Who said they never received our records. I asked her kindly to PLEASE go to the area where the vitals are done and look on the counter or next to the place they would type in the vitals. The vitals person was who we handed our records to. Sure enough.Yay! We now have our records and the doctor has their copy. Things happen, I understand that and it was a Holiday weekend.

This is a really really bad clinic, the staff over there were totally unprofessional, the medical assistant who helped me couldn't measure my blood pressure at the right place, the checking out lady would not double check my updated pharmacy before sending out the prescription even while I was continuing telling her to do that, the manager was rude. When they saw that I forgot my lab order on their desk, they just ignored and wouldn't tell me. How could I have my blood work done without lab order? I even received a paper mail mentioning that my prescription had already been sent out to my pharmacy, but when I called my pharmacy it turned out they didn't send it out, what if I had a hypertension urgency needing my medication but finding out the prescription was not at the place it should be. What even worse can you imagine? After I called them to fix the problem and asked the manage to call me back for the explanation, the manager didn't call me at all and discharged me and ended the patient-clinic relationship only with a paper mail, seemed like that it was me who had made so many unacceptable mistake, this is ridiculous, SHAME on them.
