I called for some information regarding my landlord. That lady was nasty and told me they are short staff and it’s lunchtime to call back after 2:30 and hung up in my face. I read other reviews so it must be an ongoing thing. When working with legal issues the potential client is so supposed to be treated with kindness and compassion from the beginning starting with the paralegal or legal aid!!!!

My dad has an application in there where he is supposed to be getting help filing an appeal with social security. Originally he was told he couldn't be helped unless he was denied okay understandable well he was denied. He put his application in for FRLS they didn't call him back by the date it had listed so he had to call them I think twice only for someone to tell him he'd be called back within 72 hours. It has been way past 72 hours and hasn't been called back since. I even emailed them seeking something to be done about it and they ignored me. DO YOUR JOB!

I have never been treated with such judgmental rudeness in my life. And i didn’t even get past the receptionist! Apparently if you need these lawyers the receptionist automatically considers you a second class citizen who is beneath her. I’ve never actively wanted someone to lose their job, but when people are hurting and broken, they need compassion, not judgement and rudeness. Needless to say, I found someone else to handle my will. Until someone else answers the phones, this is not the place to call when you are in a rough place
