Called today February 11, 2022 @ 10am whom ever answered the phone was not interested in renting anything to anyone. She said there was a 2-4 month wait after you did the $85 application fee and $200 hold fee but there was no guarantee for anything even if you passed the background check and application!! You might as well take your website down and turn off the phones

I have been living at San Marco for almost two years and I have to say it is the best place I have lived since moving to Florida. The office staff are very obliging nothing is a problem to them, maintainance is done very fast by a great crew. I don’t have enough words to describe the great staff at San Marco all I can say is that they are the BEST.

I’ve lived at San Marco for several years, and never had an issue. The office staff is fantastic and always willing to answer questions, and their maintenance crew is courteous and efficient. The only issues I have had are with other tenants/noise and it’s minor. Definitely worth a look if you’re renting in Ormond.
