I became a patient not too long ago (for about a year). There is always a wait to speak to front desk to schedule an appointment. There’s always an issue to have the doctor give you a call back which never happens. Not every thing requires someone to come into the office, that’s why faxing and phone are for. Thank god for technology! It’s a long wait period when you do come to your appointment. You have to wait very long to see the nurse and have to wait longer to finally see the doctor. Something that should take 45 to an hour takes 2hrs. As Soon as you call front desk, first thing he does is put you on hold. One period I was having anxiety attacks and Dr. David knew of this and I happened to have one while at work not too long after seeing him (like a few days or a week), I contacted the office, remind you when I called I was crying and in full panic mood, the guy answer the phone Nd placed me on hold not asking if I had an emergency. He said “can you hold” and I said “no, not really” while crying Nd he replied back saying “well you have to wait” and placed me on wait for about 5mins so I hung up and called my pastor. Plenty of times I would call to schedule an appointment and I will be placed on hold for really long period of times and have to hang up. When I get sick, I bring my self to urgent care. What’s the purpose of having a primary care if you can’t depend on them. Dr.Davis is a good doctor! It is his practice that has some fixing to do. His front desk need to be fix. Always seem to have an attitude.
