I ordered on Menufy via Google. Wait was 20 to 30 minutes. 20 minutes after I placed the order, it was confirmed. Time frame was between 7:37pm and 7:47pm. I walked into the restaurant at 7:52pm and my order was not ready. As of 8pm I am still waiting on my order to be made. No one would take responsibility for confirming the order and then neglecting to make it. They blonde girl wanted to tell me that they were "busy." I have been in the parking lot since 7:15pm watching and they were not busy at all. Then she said online orders. My order WAS an ONLINE order! If I could give ZERO stars I would, very disappointed on my first ever order from this restaurant.

The Brisket sandwich was great. The macaroni was unseasoned unbaked macaroni and cheese sauce. The fried okra were under cooked.

Ordered online for a special. 2 meats, 2 sides and a large souvenir soda cup. Once we got there, we decided to eat there since no one was there. I had pork ribs and chicken. The 3 tiny ribs were just bones. There wasn't a single piece of meat on them and it was dry as can be. I went up front and showed the owner. They said they would bring more out. I got 2 small ribs but they had little meat and full of bone slivers and gristle. I had to spit it out. The chicken was refrigerator cold. I did not eat it in fear of getting ill. The Mac and cheese was ok but the cream spinach was as cold as the chicken. I didn't eat it. The fountian drink machine was down. I paid over 3 bucks for a cup with only ice tea as an option. It was horrible food quality and I will never come here again or recommend to anyone. No one asked us if everything was better after I made the complaint. I wish I had took a picture. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Sent my concerns to a corporate office as well.
