New pastor focuses on breathing all the time. I find it distracting from the connectedness I feel with my higher power. A friend told me every time a deep breath is mentioned, it reminds her of someone she knows who died from covid. I understand the need to relax, but I think its just a bit much. I love this church and will keep going. This is just my perspective. I love the Unity Message and the choir and singing are fun.
