I have been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 weeks and for some reason I am unable to now but was easily connected beforehand. I have done everything I need to do to push my application through and it still reflects otherwise. I need to speak to someone.

Do you have access to a complaint that was filed with the DCF. If they said there was a case in 2002 that involved my children at my residence and I know that is not true, Can I see the report. Do I have those rights.

If you have Medicaid contact your insurance, you should have a case manager assigned, they should be able to help you identify and sign up for additional services you may need and qualify for.
