I would rather amputate my feet and get prosthetics before I walk into this slaughterhouse of a nail salon and get my toenails butchered into different angles of isosceles triangles ever again. I come to a nail salon to relax and have a soothing experience while having a licensed professional paint and lightly trim my toes. Clearly, there was some type of miscommunication when I asked for a “French tip” style nail. I walked into this salon wearing a regular T shirt and high waisted shorts, though I left feeling like I need to make a trip to my local goodwill and tattoo shop to get a pair of low rise jeans and a tramp stamp to match the horrid formulation of a white line on the tip of my toes. I struggled to walk out of this salon as the red skin that was just once safely under my natural nails was for the very first time in my 18 years of life exposed to air because of how short this lady cut my nails. She might as well have taken a chain saw to my toes, as I left this horrid salon feeling like I had lost 5 pounds in my feet. I walked out of this salon feeling like I need a bulk pack of Marlboro reds not only to match the look of my cigarette mom toenails, but to help with the mental and physical pain that was left with me as I walked out. If there was one thing I learned From high school that plays a role outside of school , it is north east south and west; because that is the different directions that my toes are pointing at this very moment. Please save yourself and never come to this salon unless you want to save yourself some money on a compass.

Such wonderful people who either own or manage the business. They are absolutely amazing go out of their way they even have fans that are I would guess 4 years old it was so cool it was so neat to watch as a family came in and they just enjoyed it from the little boy all the way up to the daddy it was very nice and you can tell that little boy was used to receiving and getting special treatment it was really cool to watch

I've been a loyal customer for years. Not after today. When a mistake is made the establishment never stands up and takes responsibility. They make it like its the customer's mistake. The only mistake I keep making is coming back ..no more.They never try and make things right with the custmoer as well. It isn't like you have to give back any money they just refuse to even fix the problem I noticed only 2 lic. on 2 stations but you have 8 workers in there working..hmmmm....
