Very good for anyone in need for food
Nadiia Hankins
These are hard times in my life and I had to look for free food. I turned to this center for help. I want to say a huge thank you for the help, understanding and support to a very kind woman, Sylvia Moore. she gave me a list of addresses where I can buy food in my area. I believe in God and that there are still many such people in the world. May God keep her.

The local food pantries are supplied by them. They also Supply halfway houses and other programs as such. If you are in need of food I recommend looking into your local food pantry. They are on every side of town and some cases you can go to numerous ones. There's always ways to get food. If you have more trouble and you aren't able to make any Headway, get in touch with me and I will make sure you are taken care of to the best of my ability. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over you and your husband and I know God will provide as he always does. Not a sparrow!
Call them directly. Speak with Mary and she will get you all the information.
Yes you can get help there ! Very nice people who are there and they will listen to what your needs are
Yes you can donate food here. However, I recommend donating to the community food pantry in your area. All food pantries pay a minimal fee for the food that is donated here. Small fee but still a fee. Some food items are free, Most are not. Hope this helps.
Jeff is correct. Look for an organization like a church that distributes the food and ask if they deliver.
If you represent a halfway house, group home or food pantry then you are eligible. Call them or just go up there. They will give you all the information. A lady named Mary works the front desk. She's very helpful.
What days can I go there
They are also at Regency Square Mall every Tuesday from 9am to 11am.
I don't believe they have a direct distribution at their home location. They provide the food to food banks throughout Northeast Florida who distribute food at localized hourscof operation.
This is the warehouse where food is sorted to be sent out to food pantries and distributions in the greater Jacksonville area. Visit feedingnefl.org for more information about where you can receive free food and grocery items in the area.
I have not had the opportunity to see pet food at Feeding NE Florida. But, the Humane Society gives donated pet food away on a monthly basis.
If anyone is volunteering, closed-toed shoes and a mask (at the time of this posting) it's all you'll need. They have two shifts in the warehouse to help sort and inspect donated goods. Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. . They also have a website where you can see the available schedule. There are also mobile food banks where assistance is distributing food isneeded. You can be as engaging or reserved as you'd like. All the best!
They distribute to other food pantrys. That will then give food directly to people in need. They do not give away food directly.
Hi! Visit their website to at feedingnefl.org. In the menu drop-down select 'Take Action' then select 'Volunteer'; it'll be the first option. I hope this helps you! I volunteered with them and it was awesome to see how much food (in pounds) we sorted and made ready for families. I can only imagine what that's going to be like during this time of year! God bless!
I just spoke to someone there. If you go to www.feedingnefl.org website there is a "need help" link at the top. Then you type in your address or zip and it will provide agency contacts.
Try local churches near you or food bank

This address on Edgewood is not open for the public to get help. There are several churches that pass out. Our church is Calvary Baptist Church, 4040 Dunn Ave, Jacksonville FL. We pass out the first Wednesday of each month from 6-7 pm. I trust this might be of help to you. God bless.
No. This place is a distributor for food banks.
Go on internet and ask for food drives in your area
Of course! Just give them a call and set something up. It's a fun experience.
