Customer service is truly a miss for this business. Starting at the top. Be sure to consider other outlets before you decide this is the right company. Low cost flooring might equal less than stellar customer commitment and emotional intelligence. Their response will be a direct reflection of their brand, maturity, values, and ultimately service. Nonetheless, if only one potential customer accepts this warning, then it is especially important to post reviews. Customer service can be rough these days. Best of luck!

The Carpet Man of Orange Park is the best! The price was half the price of other companies! The guys showed up on the scheduled day and finished the job in two days as promised (also had tile removal). We worked with Doug who was great. He came to our house with samples the day after we reached out. He was always available and answered any questions or concerns with ease. There was a miscommunication about the color of trim in one area and they came back the very next day and fixed it. 5 star service for sure! We absolutely love the finished product and highly recommend!

Doug Truluck and his team over at Carpet Man created a great experience from start to finish getting new carpet installed in our home. Doug was easy to work with from the time he came to our home to take measurements and his team at the warehouse was easy to work with when my wife went to pick our carpet.
