We are breakfast people, and this place has something for everyone. We've been twice in the past 2 weeks. The servers are really nice, and the food is hot and delicious.

Do they ever! They even have breakfast specials that run all day, and the coffee is always fresh. There is no reason not to go to the Diner. Our family loves it!
I would think it depends on what time you arrive. I believe the longest wait time was 10-15 minutes.
I'm not sure but I know it's reasonable. And I know a very close friend that knows that is delicious

Yes you can, but they have a limited menu at this time.
I don't think they are, or at least last time i was there I didn't notice any affiliated delivery business logos
