Horrible experience! Keratin treatment did not work. Owner Donna would not return my call and when I went there twice to have a conversation about my results, she refused to talk to me. Owner of the Port Charlotte salon was very helpful and responsive when I contacted SWF regional office, since Donna was completely unprofessional. He emailed me back immediately and even offered to re-do the treatment. Donna never responded to any of my emails. If you want to try Fantastic Sam’s go to Port Charlotte. Avoid Venice - why support an owner that won’t even have a conversation about a problem?

Let me just say WOW‼️ Anna did the most beautiful makeover to my dead "lock-down-ish" hair. It was so dead from near 2 years of nothing being done and now it's at a great length/cut and the color is exactly what I asked and she knew what was up with the highlights! 📢 MASSIVELY RECOMMENDED 💯
