The doctor did a very good job with my intake, the way he processed my allergy history was amazing. I knew I needed better insurance to find a good primary and allergy specialist, I am very glad I got anthem this January. I was having the hardest time with work, I want to get back on my game and it is so hard when the environment is out of my control, thankfully this doctor knew which "good buttons" to push in me. I truly felt like Dr. Phillips listened because he was very disappointed the clinic workers overlooked the severity of my issue, I didn't even have to say anything he just knew by the frequency of visits and prescriptions I came in with. It made me feel better to see him take notes with a recorder, I noticed a lot of good magic going on with that. Notes are a big deal to me and obviously this team. Thank you for listening today, I finally feel like the weight has been lifted from my lungs :) I look forward to continuing my care, it is so difficult going through the family history of asthma and allergies without a professional. edit to review : I would like to thank Dr. Reller for filling out my FMLA paperwork. I really needed it, I suppose one could argue I have plenty of time to get my shots during the week but it just so happens that my car broke down AGAIN this week and I took the bus to my first appointment for shots today. I have spent a considerable amount of time and energy on being sick among other things. I would have been very worried if she had refused to fill that paperwork out, I am already calculating lots of costs for my car and the upcoming surgeries for my husband. My children also have to come in for allergies soon, the pediatrician commented on both of my sons yesterday. One has eczema and the other is a wheezer. They are not 5 yet but she highly recommended I take them to see Dr. Phillips

I find Dr. Reller to be exceptional! She spends a lot of time listening to me very attentively and asks questions to be clear before offering a diagnosis. She also takes the time to explain everything to me. I am very impressed with her depth of knowledge and her willingness to work with me. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a great family practice practitioner!

Excellent Allergist. I finally feel like I am getting close to relief for my chronic hives. It has been a 7 year process but I am impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. My only criticism is the outdated decor, needs a lift and if they have a janitorial service, they are not doing a thorough job. Not saying it is filthy but they aren't paying attention to every area. The staff is wonderful and they seem to stay on schedule which is high on my priorities.
