I had just moved. I didn’t know where to go. I went somewhere else because I was unaware of Dr Moennig. Well, let me tell you! I was given the wrong prescription and after a month of migraines, stumbling and dizziness I finally figured it out! It was my glasses! DR MOENNIG TO THE RESCUE!! I called to make an appointment with Dr M and the team is fantastic! I even had to cancel once (my daughter was in the hospital-she’s ok now) and t Staff were more concerned with my daughter’s health than my appointment! Amazing! My appointment was fabulous! Dr M wast so kind. She relaxed me knowing I had been through an ordeal with the other doctor…Dr M is amazing! Her eye exam was thorough but I felt comfortable the entire time! I was not hurried. Nasty. Real nasty. I have been a patient here for many years. My eye insurance no longer accepted so needed to find another. Called office to request my medical file. Was told not available could only get for last visit. In 2015 my eyes dilated for exam, this is the file I needed only to be told “discarded”. That was a lie. Medical files must be kept 7-10 years. But they refused to give it to me. Another issue, they frequently close down the office. No accurate message informing patient of when will reopen. I tried for a week prior to get my file. She’s only an optometrist, find someone better.
