Kinda pricey but given the current economy, it’s no surprise. Walls and floors do little to absorb sound so you always have to tip toe around. My neighbors downstairs were a pair of jerks. Always banging on the walls and ceiling. Glad I got out of there honestly

Pros: Clean, nice apartments. Never once saw an issue with bugs or critters and staff is friendly. Pool is nice and the gym is convenient. 24 hour maintenance has helped me a couple times when the office was closed which was awesome. Close …Thank you for letting us know the issues you've experienced. We will be making adjustments as you mentioned.

Me and my fiancé are getting ready to move in and were wondering what utilities we will have to pay for and get set up if any?

Yes you are responsible for all utilities. Your utility company is; City of Lexington. The bills are pretty reasonable but the rent JUST WENT UP INTO over a THOUSAND DOLLARS IF YOU ARE MOVING INTO ONE OF THE NEW BUILDINGS. I'm GLAD I moved out when I did. My rent was a little over $900 a month & it HAS WENT UP TWICE SINCE I LEFT but my Daughter is still living there & her rent is over $1300 a month. She has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms but that is STILL TO HIGH IN MY OPINION. I suspect she WILL NOT BE THERE MUCH LONGER. They TALK A GOOD GAME. THAT'S HOW THEY GOT ME OUT THERE but THANK GOD I HAVE MOVED ON!!! IF you/you'll LIKE IT & CAN EASILY AFFORD IT, then I SAY, "GO AHEAD & MOVE IN but the RENT IS STEADY GOING UP."
