HIghly irresponsible company. One day we returned from lunch to the house we rented and found a truck parked in front, the entry door was wide open, and a guy was servicing the outside AC unit. We were not warned about any maintenance service, so all our documents, eletronics, and valuebles were left in the open, while an unexpected person trespassed property & roamed inside the rental.

Property was fine for our stay. Location excellent. Service from vacasa when something goes wrong? No way to get a person, no solution, and very frustrating. I would not rent from this management company again

I am writing as a home owner on Anna Maria Island for over 13 years. Anna Maria is a wonderful residential community (even if not as residential as it use to be). I love Anna Maria. I am giving the rental property management company of Vacasa a 1 star. This particular property management company which operates a home next door to my residential property, is extremely unresponsive to residential property owners requests for any response to a complaint regarding their property management. I notified Vacasa management of an issue with one of their properties they manage with several phone contacts and assurance from a representative that the manager on duty would respond with a contact to myself. This did not occur over the period they stated it would. This is not the first call to identify a problem with their rental property (next door) with no response over the time this property has been managed by Vacasa property management. This is unacceptable for a management company who "talks" that the residents in the neighborhood are important to them. Clearly, their profits are more important than the communities in which they operate. If they can't respond to the next door residential owner of a property who observes problems with their property they manage, what kind of property are perspective renters getting into? All I can say, is renter or property owner, BEWARE.

Trip Protection is an optional supplement to your reservation. When you opt in for Trip Protection, you’ll be eligible for a full refund for any nights canceled due to illness, death in the family, flight delays, flight cancellations, or road closures due to bad weather. You can purchase it up to 30 days before your reservation. (If you’re booking within 30 days of check-in, you can add Trip Protection up to 24 hours from the time of making the reservation.)
Nope! We don’t start counting kids towards the occupancy until they’re over the age of two. (There are exceptions in certain communities, but we’ll make it clear in the home’s description and agreement when that’s the case.)
We have lots of dog-friendly homes to choose from—just check the home’s listing, and make sure to add your dog to your reservation.
