Bought an alternator yesterday installed it and it was bad the voltage regulator is bad inside of it. I went to get another one because it's under warranty and I was told the new one want be in until Wednesday 5 days from now and I'm supposed to go out of town Sunday for work. Staff was awesome the manager she was great and the lady associate was too. As for the product it was garbage now I'm stuck until Wednesday missing four days of work.

When I was having trouble diagnosing a problem with my car, the staff was helpful in getting my car restarted and ultimately helped with a direction for me to pursue. I fixed my vehicle. I prefer Autozone to Advance or O'Reilly!! They're usually staffed with helpful employees, as long as they aren't very busy. Overall, good experience.
