I was told nickles, dimes and quarters from 1963 and lower are worth money. I wanted to know if that was true?

Dimes and quarters made in 1964 and below are made from 90 percent silvers, nickels only had two silver years in the early forties, only contained about 35 percent silver and are much rarer than dimes or quarters
