Store hours day 10-8, called and had some questions about my ring that had not come in 2 days after promise date. The employee told me they don’t open till 11 and the system wouldn’t come up till then that I’d have to call back? If you ask me I’d say they just wasn’t ready for work or didn’t wanna look it up.

This place is a fraud and their warranty is a scam. You get talked into paying extra for the warranty when purchasing a bridal set. Then when you try to use the warranty they make up reasons why you can't. Things they told you would be covered are no longer covered and you are told you will have to pay additional for it thus eliminating the reason to purchase the warranty. If you want to get cheated and stole from, then this is your place. We have been looking at upgrading, but it definitely won't be from here.

You are not allowed on the store to shop in you are picking up repairs. You have to stand outside the store at the counter like a second class citizen. I will no longer do business there and we have shopped here for at least 13 years. Covid is no excuse. And yes they do require masks.
