Teller shorted me on several checks when she deposited the checks from the sale of my home. The next day she deposited someone else’s check into my account and then took it back. How can a bank employ someone who is so incompetent?We understand your frustration here and mistakes are certainly never our intention. Rest assured - we'll get this feedback in front of the right eyes so we can tighten things up going forward.^AS

They made me wait 30 minutes at the pull up window! Extremely bad service! The teller was extremely rude and was slow in doing my transactions! I’ve been with Capital One for a very long time and never had this trouble ever before in my life! This is a really nice branch. There is always complimentary coffee available and the tellers are always so friendly. I have also gone there on several occasions for Notary Public service which was free since I have an account with them.
