I just had my pavers re-sanded and the pool had a lot of sand / debris that was just to much for me to tackle while dealing with other tasks. I reached out to the team at this store and they were very responsive even during their very busy season. Adrian came out and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this business.

Hired them last year to provide weekly pool service. Lately, pool has been subpar so I decided to check my surveillance cameras. Surprised to find their employee(s) was in & out in less than 2 minutes. Didn’t scrub walls, skim pool, just walked around and acted “busy”. Provided camera footage by email and asked owner to call me. No response. Called and was told that owner (Joanne) will reach out next day. No call back. Cancelled and took my business elsewhere…do yourselves a favor and install cameras. Otherwise you’re paying for shoddy service and with an owner that apparently has no interest in reaching out to their customers to address problems.

My sand filter sprung a leak and I immediately called Pinch a Penny to make a service appointment to get it repaired. I spoke with Maria who verified the filter was still under warranty, emailed the associated invoice, and scheduled the appropriate service appointment. Maria's customer service and attention to detail was excellent. There is another Pinch a Penny closer to my home but I always go to this store because of the quality of service and employees. They're great. Highly recommend.
