While one of the front office staff members was quite friendly and helpful, he was the only one. They were able to get us two rooms at last notice. The lobby was nice so we were expecting a decent room and amenities. That was not the case. The rooms were shabby with crumbling walls in the bathrooms. Obvious spots where pictures had fallen and never replaced were in each of our rooms. The pool said it was closed for cleaning, but that had to have been years ago though the website still advertised them as having a pool. The ‘good breakfast’ that was listed ended up being less than mediocre while claiming it was due to Covid. However, if Covid was such a factor in the amenities, why did none of staff wear masks? The external safety were broken and held open with bricks. The dryer was broken and only one ice machine in the building worked. We ended up having to stay a second night and, knowing we had a car emergency, proceeded to charge us almost twice as much per room the second night. When asked why the rate increase, they claimed it was due to availability, but only a third of the rooms was filled the second night.

I have been staying at Choice Hotels for many years and this is the worse Quality Inn I have ever stayed at. Staff was friendly but the facility needs a total redo from top to bottom. My closet door looked like they found some scrap material and called it a door and it barely could stay on the hinges. Hair dryer also was barely hanging on the wall. Curtains need to be replaced, mattresses are old as is the bedding. Places on the wall looked like someone started to repair it and left never to return. This place isn't really that cheap considering the shape it is in. Time for it to close and get a deep clean and serious remodel.

Used soap in the bathroom on sink. Bathtub moldy and cracked. Beds were fine but I’m not sure how clean they are. The location of the hotel is next to a laundromat and Taco Bell. There is a lounge attached. Looks like an old hotel they tried to dust off. Wouldn’t recommend a stay here.
