I purchased drop down running boards less than 7 weeks ago for over $2000 installed. They have already quit working and they are telling me 2 weeks before they can even look at them to see what’s wrong. Talk about buyers remorse.

Stacy... Yes, they can install your lift kit bought elsewhere, but they cannot warranty any any parts not bought in-house. ... and they always conduct a full inspection of all components relating prior to the suspension install for safety purposes.

Next week is one of thier busiest weeks (Jeep Beach/Daytona international speedway) starts on Monday, and a ton of people are getting wheels/tires and various installs getting ready for the week, and those appointments are usually made weeks in advance.!!! Good luck if you need it done ASAP, your best bet is to hit a local shop.
Yes, they do install aftermarket parts purchased outside of thier home network. Please call your local 4WD location for pricing and to set up an appointment for the installation.
