So you need to be a member and pre order. That was not clear online. That said the staff told me the process, I became a member and placed an order. They filled the order about five mins later. Very efficient.

You can call to make an order. You cannot just drop by the distribution center. You must have account with them.
There is an option for warehouse delivery when you check out.
