Dr. Welter is very kind and extremely knowledgeable on a variety of products and local companies. I just recently moved to Central Florida and he gave me sound advice and what to watch out for and what is authentic. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use your New Jersey medical card in Florida because in order to purchase medical marijuana in the state of Florida, you have to have a Florida Medical Marijuana and be a Florida resident. If you can prove temporary/full time residency of Florida along with medical records with a listed qualifying condition, you can certainly get the Florida Medical Marijuana Card and purchase at the dispensaries. Hello Heather, No, we are a medical marijuana recommendation clinic. We are the first step to getting the medical marijuana card in order to go to a dispensary. In our clinic, we evaluate patients to make sure they qualify for the Florida medical marijuana card, register them with the Department of Health, and provide them with the state maximum 210 day (7 month) recommendation aka "prescription".
