I had to send medical records to Denver. Included was a CD and several pages of a report. They were busy when I went in to send it 2nd Day Air. They took all the information, took payment then took the documents and CD and put them on top of the 2nd Day Air envelope and set them on a counter. I felt funny about this but trusted it would be fine. I even assured my wife that it was OK. The package was received in Denver with no paperwork, only the CD. so now I have to go back to Melbourne to get the copies and resend the paperwork. What can I do? UPS and this location has let me down once again.

Today, my wife visited her dream plant store and we are 3000 miles from home so we end up at the UPS Store in Winter Springs — Isaac helped her box up an entire forest of plants, including a huge box, packing peanuts, paper to keep the soil moisturized, bubble wrap, tape…literally the entire nine yards!!! Isaac went out of his way to get her Monsteras, Philodendrons & Schismatoglotti home to California — A+++
