SCAM ARTISTS I recently visited this establishment with the intent of selling a necklace I bought at auction for $800. The pawn shop tried to low ball me on a 24k white gold, 3 karat total weight diamond and topaz necklace, for $81, stating that the appraisal documents I actually brought with me were fake (because the appraisal said the item's retail value was $1260). My step father was a jeweler, so I have a bunch of jewelers things, like an endless supply of gold necklaces and custom pieces of jewelry that he crafted himself. Needless to say, I won't be doing business here ever and I definitely suggest others do the same. Its weird that most of the "5 Star Reviews" are done by people with 200+ reviews. But people have even created whole accounts to review this place, with most giving negative reviews having much fewer reviews on Google. Looks like someone is [desperately] trying to improve their rating, by having people purposely give positive ones. I reported all of them.

Went there with my family today. The gentleman behind the counter was very warm and inviting. They have a lot of really nice and unique jewelry. Some are new and some are estate pieces. He was more than willing to show me and my mom a necklace, ring and earrings. I ended up purchasing a blue sea turtle as a gift. He but it in a box and even gift wrapped it! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I went to this shop this place is very clean and inviting, The owner man is very friendly and professional, he spoke to us with respect and took time out to show us around the store, the merchandise in the store are reasonably priced, he introduced us to his lay-away plan which I did not participate in , a couple days later I went back to purchase the Tiger Eyes Ring I was interested in but it was sold. We had a laugh he said that I should have placed it on lay-away when I had the chance.. If you're looking for a great bargain check out Jessup you won't regret it. They have something for everyone plus they are very professional and friendly .
