Beautiful homes, beautiful clubhouse and amenities, beautiful views. The HOA? They make living there a nightmare, even when the resident follows all of the many rules.

Summit Greens is a wonderful 55+ gated community in Clermont Florida. The grounds are just beautiful. They have a very large and beautifully decorated clubhouse with 2 pools ( 1 indoor & 1 outdoor). They also have tennis courts, bocce courts and softball grounds. They also provide classes for aerobics and yoga. Also water aerobics. They also have a remodeled fitness room with weight machines and bikes and treadmills. Come visit and you won't be disappointed.

I personally don't know. You could check with real estate agent or rental company. There are a few rentals but don't know how they found their listing.
You need to contact the community HOA or landscapers. They are sprayed but not sure when and how often.
