Originally I did a high review of this facility. After I had my procedure done last month, it has since gone down hill. I had a follow up on my procedures and the NP I had my follow up with stated I may have something that doesn't add up to my symptoms. I felt she didnt adequately review my file and what my cheif complaints were. I was given labs to do. When I called the following week to ask for a redo follow up with a different NP, I spoke with Nicole and she said the NP was doing clinic that day but would call me when she was finished and to stay by my phone. At 8pm, my phone rang for a half second. I then had a voice-mail from the NP to call her back on the office line. When I did that, it was just the after hours message. So I called the following morning, explained what happened and was told by the receptionist she'd forward my message and that NP was again in the clinic and would return my call. This was almost 3 weeks ago and I have not had a call since. I have not had the labs done because I want to make sure that they are necessary for what is happening with me. My next follow up for the labs is in 2 weeks. All in all I am very frustrated in the lack of communication and the lack of empathy to patients who are experiencing something and are essentially shrugged off. ORIGINAL REVIEW I've been dealing with issues for over a year and all other GI doctors were booked well 4 or 5 months out. I was able to get an appointment promptly. They addressed what was happened and am scheduled for procedures so they can hopefully figure out what's going on with me and fix the problem.
