They will not answer the phone, every time you call the pharmacy, they hang up instead of answering. It is impossible to do business with any company that makes it obvious that they could care less about the patients and only the $ They have lost a Custumer permanently!

Had a covid test scheduled at 3:30pm. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the pharmacy lady said she hadn't downloaded the lab yet and I would have to circle back around and wait in line again while she downloaded the app.. total waste of time. She had plenty of time to download my covid test. Will be taking my business to CVS from now on.

I Would NEVER use this Walgreens again! I went to fill my husband’s prescription and it was about and 1 1/2 before they closed I told the lady that I need the medication tonight is there anyway she can fill them if not I can go else where which is no problem (I asked her this twice) and she she said yes I can come back at 5:40. I come back and all of a sudden walgreens don't take Florida blue, I’ve been going to Walgreens for a while so that didn’t sit right with me. SOOOOOOO I called another Walgreens that was 24hr and asked if they take my insurance and she said YES ! All Walgreens take IT !!! if you didn’t want to do it that’s all you had to say when I ASKED YOU TWICE IF YOU CAN!!! Horrible!

Do not come to this store!!! I ordered a puzzle online and when I went to the store to pick it up I couldn't get it. They didn't gave it to me because the payment didn't show in their system. I showed them my banck account statement as proof of payment and it wasn't enough. I also showed them my online receipt and they didn't care. So I left the store without nothing. So upset!!! Customer service socks here!
